Our Foundations course aims to equip you with the tools and information you need to support your loved one while also caring for yourself. Eating disorders cause a lot of pain and chaos and the recovery journey can be overwhelming at times. You deserve to have the strategies and support you need to be able to navigate this.
Our 4 week introduction course (2 hour webinar a week) to caring for someone with an eating disorder aims to equip you to do this. We also aim to connect you with other carers who may be going through a similar experience. You’re not alone in this and we would love you to join us!

Our Advanced course aims to provide further knowledge and instruction on how to support a loved one. This course goes deeper into some of the concepts of the foundations course while providing more opportunity to workshop some of the common scenarios you might be struggling with at home. Connecting with other carers allows you to learn what’s been helpful for them and what you may be able to take away and try in your own situation.

As it’s a live webinar you also have a chance to ask questions and learn more about how to effectively and safely support a client presenting with concerns around their relationship with food and/or exercise.
